Betsy Keiser is a Strategic Account Executive at Navion with nearly two decades of experience in the insurance brokerage and employee benefits space, specializing in pharmacy benefit strategy and cost management for self-funded employers. At Navion, Betsy serves as a client-facing advisor to employers, brokers, and TPAs, helping them navigate complex prescription drug costs through data-driven analysis, customized strategy, and disciplined PBM and vendor oversight to support smarter, more sustainable pharmacy decisions. Prior to joining Navion, she held roles across brokerage underwriting, account management, and pharmacy advisory services, where she developed expertise in pharmacy claims analysis, PBM contract oversight, and high-cost drug management. Betsy brings a collaborative approach to pharmacy strategy, grounded in experience and focused on building trusted, long-term partnerships.
