With over a decade of experience in managed care pharmacy, Long Tran brings a strong clinical foundation and a consultative mindset to his role as Clinical Pharmacist at Navion. His background spans both clinical prior authorization and client-facing consulting, giving him a practical, dual-sided view of how pharmacy benefit decisions play out across health plans, employers, and the members they serve.
At Navion, Long serves as a clinical subject matter expert supporting account management, sales, and analytics teams. He partners with health plan, TPA, broker, and employer clients on pharmacy benefit strategy, helping evaluate PBM performance, assess clinical programs, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and manage spend. His work spans formulary design, utilization management, specialty oversight, and the development of clinical collateral that helps clients make sense of a fast-moving drug landscape.
