Sara’s career began in long-term care pharmacy and Medicare billing, and over the past 17+ years, she has held a variety of roles in customer service, implementation, account management, and consultation, as well as leading support teams. She has worked with TPAs, brokers, employer groups and PBMs, bringing deep industry expertise and a consultative approach to every partnership. Since joining Navion in 2022, Sara has played a key role in process development and onboarding support, ensuring seamless transitions and continuous improvements for clients.
